Step into Pragati’s world, where stories don’t just sit on pages - they leap off the canvas and pull you in.

Born and raised in India, Pragati’s art is steeped in folklore, history, and the grandeur of her cultural heritage. Armed with a background in design and architecture, she doesn’t just paint - she engineers visual epics, crafting intricate narratives that hit you right in the soul.

Since 2020, she’s been on an ambitious mission: reimagining the Ramayana like never before. Scouring over 15 versions of the epic, written across centuries and languages, she unearths hidden gems - forgotten tales, surprising twists, and timeless lessons that deserve the spotlight. Through her Maximalist-Miniaturist style, she transforms each canvas into a cinematic experience, brimming with epic battles, undying love, and the kind of details that make you lean in closer.

And because a mere series of paintings isn’t enough (go big or go home, right?), Pragati is now compiling this collection into a coffee table book - 75+ paintings packed with rare stories that will make you see the Ramayana in a whole new light.

Buckle up - this journey through the past is anything but old-fashioned!
